In this episode, I share how I had a peaceful & calm postpartum.
I planned, organised and had a peaceful & calm postpartum full of support & love while healing from pregnancy and birth.
I share how I went from previous postpartum’s feeling isolated & alone to feel supported, loved and nurtured.
This was all thanks to my planning before my baby was born & my amazing circle of support.
As well as from the paid support from my postpartum doula that I organised during pregnancy.

I created the motherhood circle so that women wouldn’t have to go through such a lonely and challenging time in postpartum.
1 in 7 women in Australia experience Postnatal Depression and 1 in 3 women experience birth trauma.
These numbers are far too high – and it’s no surprise in a culture that doesn’t place much importance on the wellbeing of mothers or babies.
This episode will help you understand some of the ways you can adapt your postpartum to suit you and your individual family.
